Guided nutrition for everyday health

Corporate workshops are tailored to the size and needs of each business, catering for small firms to large corporate businesses. Each presentation or health food demonstration is tailored to the needs for the business with consideration of time perimeters, cost, facilities and size of group. Our mission with each company, however big or small is to positively influence the employee to make happier healthier food choices, impacting overall health & wellbeing. Each group is shown how everyday nutrition is only a few different food choices away from being a reality of every day life. We cover 4-8 foods recipes (with the option of up to 4-6 fresh raw juices also) through presentation, demonstration or handouts, as well as educating the employee on dietary habits to best influence weight management, sustain energy levels, boost concentration, supporting fluctuating moods, boost immune & more. The class style presentation is followed by 30 minute one to one consultations whether it be in or out of working day hours.

This workshop covers the building blocks of nutrition and is designed to cater for the group involved whether it be an local women’s groups, sports club, school’s or youth clubs etc. It is informative, interactive & involves demonstrations and tastings along with supporting literature if desired.
